As a Guest Service team member at Crystal Cove, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and ensuring they have a great experience. Your role includes assisting guests, providing information about programs, managing admissions, operating the concessions stand, keeping the facility clean, and helping maintain a safe, fun environment for everyone.
Lifeguards
As a Lifeguard at Crystal Cove, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our facility safe while helping guests enjoy their time in the water. Your responsibilities include monitoring pool activity, enforcing safety rules, providing emergency response when needed, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Water Safety Instructors
As a Water Safety Instructor at Crystal Cove, you’ll guide swimmers of all ages in building confidence, improving technique, and learning essential water safety skills. You’ll lead lessons, provide encouragement, adapt instruction to different ability levels, and help create a safe, positive learning environment for every participant.
