Guest Services
As a Guest Service team member at Crystal Cove, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and ensuring they have a great experience. Your role includes assisting guests, providing information about programs, managing admissions, operating the concessions stand, keeping the facility clean, and helping maintain a safe, fun environment for everyone.
Lifeguards
As a Lifeguard at Crystal Cove, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our facility safe while helping guests enjoy their time in the water. Your responsibilities include monitoring pool activity, enforcing safety rules, providing emergency response when needed, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Experienced staff may also serve as Head Lifeguards, taking on additional leadership responsibilities such as mentoring peers, supporting daily operations, and assisting pool management.
Water Safety Instructors
As a Water Safety Instructor at Crystal Cove, you’ll guide swimmers of all ages in building confidence, improving technique, and learning essential water safety skills. You’ll lead lessons, provide encouragement, adapt instruction to different ability levels, and help create a safe, positive learning environment for every participant.
Pool Management
As part of the Seasonal Pool Management team at Crystal Cove, you’ll oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for guests and staff. Responsibilities include supervising lifeguards and guest service staff, supporting training and scheduling, assisting with customer service needs, and helping maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and facility operations. This leadership role is open to applicants 18 and older and offers an excellent opportunity for seasonal staff to gain valuable management experience and grow their skills.
