Crystal will have three council seats on the 2026 general election ballot. The City of Crystal invites residents and business owners to a community information meeting on Wednesday, May 27 at 6 p.m. at Crystal City Hall. The city is facing rising costs to maintain and replace aging streets and utility systems, including water, stormwater, and sewer infrastructure. As part of the 2027 budget process, the Crystal City Council is reviewing funding options for these long-term needs.
